A step-by-step process that leaves no surprises.
Questionnaire. By providing us with as much information as possible, we can plan to meet your needs efficiently.
Initial Consultation and Site Visit. We take the time to meet about your requirements and options face-to-face. This meeting will discuss the details, time frames, constraints if applicable, budget and assess the environment of the proposed works.
Design. We work closely with architects and draftsman to ensure your plans meet your desired outcome within budget.
Cost Estimate. We prepare a cost estimate throughout the design process.
Full quotation.
Contracts. Contracts are prepared for you to sign. We use a plain English contract provided by the HIA.
Selections. Using our job management App, you’re able to make your selections as required. Here, you can choose to engage with our Interior Designer if you wish.
Construction. Frequent updates via our job management App, along with regular scheduled site visits so you can see your design come to life.
Handover. We carry out a detailed inspection of the completed works with you and rectify anything that needs attention before final acceptance and occupation.
Job Tracking
When choosing to build with us, you will have access to a portal providing regular logs, enabling you to track the construction process from your own device. Whether you are located around the corner from your build, or in another state, or even another country, you will be able to have peace of mind that the Evolve Co. Team are striving to produce work efficiently to the highest standard.
Interior Design
Having difficulty selecting your paint colours, selections, fixtures or furnishings? Don’t worry, we have interior designers who can help, as well as highly experienced sales reps from our chosen suppliers.
Quotations
Evolve Co. Architectural Builders provide the highest level of quality and attention into everything we do. We don’t just provide a square meterage rate like many other building companies. We go above and beyond to ensure there are no hidden costs or variations, being completely transparent and itemising the entire build for our clients so you can see exactly where your money is spent.
