Building Inspections & Timber Pest Reports by Award-Winning Builders
Know What You're Buying. Know What Needs Fixing.
When it comes to building inspections, experience matters.
We bring the knowledge of a multi-award-winning HIA builder to every inspection we undertake. Unlike many inspection companies that have never built a home, our team understands how homes are constructed, where defects commonly occur, and what issues can become costly problems in the future.
Whether you're purchasing a property, building a new home, or seeking an independent assessment of workmanship, our detailed inspections provide clear, practical advice you can trust.
Pre-Purchase Building Inspections
Buying a property is one of the biggest investments you'll ever make.
Our comprehensive pre-purchase inspections help uncover defects, maintenance concerns, safety issues, and potential future costs before you commit to a purchase.
Pre-Sale Building Inspections
A comprehensive report summarising the building’s condition prior to selling your property.
Defect Reports
If you're concerned about the quality of building work, we can provide an independent defect report prepared by an experienced builder.
Reports may be suitable for:
Residential building disputes
Defect identification
Renovation concerns
Water ingress investigations
Poor workmanship claims
Maintenance planning
Our reports clearly document defects, supporting evidence, likely causes and recommended actions.
Dilapidation Reports
Protect your property before nearby construction begins.
A dilapidation report records the existing condition of a property, including any visible defects, cracks or damage prior to adjacent building works.
These reports can help avoid disputes and provide a clear record of property condition.
Building Consultancy Advice
Our experienced Builder can provide expert guidance throughout the construction process. He can assess designs, inspect sites and ensure compliance with Australian Standards.
Timber Pest Reports
Our Builder is fully trained to inspect, assess and report on pest activity in timber structures.
